A little word to say how much I miss these experiences I shared with you all, 8 months after the appearing of the disease and still more sanitary measures to come ! When will we be free again to travel and make new encounters ?
I still cook a lot and think of new recipes I will be able to propose when all this is over.
I remain confident and full of hope,

I have been doing this experience since September and I have already welcomed 13 nationalities !
American, Japanese, Swiss, Israeli, Australian, Chinese, Danish, Taiwanese, French,Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Brazil, Argentina, England,United Ara Emirates,Korea, Canada,Norway,
I have been invited to Israel and New York !
What a fantastic way to meet people from all over the world ! All the people I met were so open minded, curious to understand our lives, interesting.
At this point I already have this feeling that we all are seeking the same thing : share something together, get to know and understand each other.
I have such pleasure doing this, I finally found which activity really means something to me.
Thanks to all of you, those that I met and those who will be on my way.

Today, April 24th, after hosting a nice group of New-Yorkers yesterday
( Asparagus with Mousseline sauce, Pork filet mignon with thyme sauce, Gratin Dauphinois, and Strawberry tart with rosemary cream), we met again and had a wonderful tour around the lake visiting Menthon, La Forclaz, Talloires.
Such a nice day and great company, we had time to get to know each other better and share our experiences,
